About this deal

NB: This kit requires a specific 18650 rechargeable battery that is able to safely power it. Even if you have batteries already we strongly recommend buying a brand new one, dedicated to your new device.

Unfortunately, I found the RGC coils to be equally as leaky as the RPM, a downright shame. They do handle +40 watts better and I’d say the flavor is about the same. What they do offer is adjustable airflow and is very welcome. You don’t have to look hard to find and RGC RBA that offers adjustable as well, if that’s your bag.If you're using the Smok RPM Coils in 1.0 Ohm rating we recommend using nic salts, why not try our Primal Asalted range You can adjust the required power within the range of 1W-80w by pressing the UP/DOWN buttons on the front of the device under the digital screen to get the preferred effect

But regardless of which pod you plan to enjoy, the airflow is smooth wherever you set it, maybe a little tunnel-like when wide open on the RGC Pod but more than acceptable. SMOK RPM80 Pro Battery Life For RGC Conical Mesh Coil in 0.17Ohms we would simply recommend a high VG shortfill why not try our Primal shortfill range?

Pros

The SMOK RGC pod has a bottom adjustable airflow design, which is the first pod with adjustable airflow by SMOK. The airflow ring at the base can be rotated to adjust the airflow intake. After reading about these being leaky I’ve always removed the pod heads when situ overnight, with both 50/50 & 70/30 juices I’ve yet to experience oil leakage from the coils so hopefully doing the above will eliminate this. The SMOK RPM40, Nord 2, new Priv series, and Fetch have all been stellar devices. Needless to say, I was very keen to try an updated RPM40. The RPM80 and RPM80 Pro may not aim at the same market as the RPM 40, but they are every bit as good, if not better. Smok RPM80/RPM80 Verdict – 72% (BEST DEAL)

The SMOK RPM80 and Pro provide you a straightforward and concise interface. Whether you are a novice or an experienced vaper, you can easily operate and enjoy your vaping. The 0.96-inch screen with the new UI design shows the important vaping data. The built-in internal 3000mAh or the external single 18650 battery can ensure long-lasting power for an entire day. The push-pull battery door of the RPM80 Pro is designed for easy battery replacement. You can simply adjust the power range of 5 – 80W by pressing the Up and Down button. The drip-tips at the top of the pods CANNOT be removed which is a little shame, I’m not too sure why they couldn’t have made it a 510 adaptor so you can use your own or swap them out if they get damaged. The Smok RPM80 Pro Device The differences between RPM80 and RPM80 Pro is the battery type. The constructions and designs between them are the same. The SMOK RPM80 is driven by a built-in 3000mAh battery, and the RPM80 Pro is powered by a single 18650 battery (Sold Separately). The RPM80 Pod Mod Kit is shorter than the RPM80 Pro due to internal battery. Right off the bat, the flavour and performance was top notch, literally no break-in time – very good. SMOK RPM80 Pod Mod AirflowIt’s not going to leak much over a few hours, but overnight, I strongly recommend removing the pod from the device and maybe even leaving upside down. Pros The new RPM series carries the same display as the RPM40 and Fetch series and I have no complaints. It’s a clear, bright and easy to understand screen. Everything you could possibly want to monitor can be found on the layout including resistance, puff count, power level, and battery level. It’s also color customizable. The SMOK RPM80 and RPM80 Pro Pod Mod Kits are the upgrades to the pioneering RPM40, which feature the attractive and sleek design. They are much taller and wider than the precious RPM40 kit, which is also bigger than most of the pod mod kits on the market. Constructed from zinc alloy, the Kits are sturdy and solid. The well-designed pattern on both sides makes them stand out. The intuitive fire button, adjustment buttons, screen, and the USB port are lay on the front of the mod. Both pods are almost identical in their style and shape, with the only real difference being the airflow adjustment on the base of the RGC pods.

The Smok RPM80 Pro features a maximum power of 80W and gives users the option of RGC Coils which can run up to tremendous wattages and deliver outstanding flavour and cloud production. And the flavour is just as good. The flavour comes through beautifully and the cloud is not far off what you get from a sub-ohm tank, only a little less dense – impressive. The 0.17Ω RGC Mesh Coil (40-70w) The RPM80 Pro feels great in the hand with its shape, kinda like a non-rubberized Aegis Boost. It may not be officially “rugged,” but it is pretty well built. It does have some rattle on the up and down buttons, but it is really slight. The advanced IQ-80 chipset offers a set of intelligent features and safety protections, such as intelligent atomizer recognition, puff monitoring system, 10 seconds cut-off, short circuit protection, over-heating protection, low-battery warning. Pod of SMOK RPM80 & RPM 80 Pro Unfortunately, coil life on the 0.17 was disappointing. I only managed to go through 30 mL of juice before it burned out. The 0.4 coil though had great life and lasted through about 80 mL for me. That, along with the much better battery life that comes with using the 0.4-ohm coil due to the lower watt demands (25 watts vs 55-60 watts) make it a much better option for the Pro. So the RPM Pod has no airflow, so I was excited to test out the RGC for its Airflow Control Ring positioned at the base of the pod. Or the Smok RPM Coils in 0.4 Ohm for an intermediate sub ohm vaping experience with more clouds, vapor and flavour. When using these coils set your device to a maximum 25W
