When opaque (in its unpowered, frosted state) switchable film also acts as a high quality projection screen. Switchable Smart windows can also be referred to as smart glass, switchable windows or dynamic windows. They use a scientific ‘electrochromism’ process and switch from transparent to opaque when you apply an electrical voltage to them. Custom sizes of our smart glass film can be manufactured to fit on existing glass surfaces like glass partitions or external windows or multiple pieces can be joined to cover large partitioned areas.
