About this deal

Tilly has to learn ways to train Splodge to be more obedient and listen or she is worried her parents will get rid of him. This story is really about the ups and downs of owning a pet, especially when it first arrives. Having recently adopted two kittens into our horse I could actually relate to a lot of this despite having owned animals before!

Unicorn Training’s SkillsServe learning and performance platform has been ranked as the World’s top LMS for financial services for the second year running. Well it's a good job Splodge turns up. As Tilly falls in love with him straight away and a bond is formed. We see Access as the perfect home for our customers, solutions and people. Tilly learns patience and focused goal-setting. It’s an encouraging message for a child’s overwhelming world. I thought the illustrations were perfect for this book. I liked that the story featured a unicorn, because that's really popular right now, and really who doesn't love a unicorn. The main point of the story, though, is about working hard and learning how to train a pet. It would be a great book for any child getting their own pet soon. It helps them understand that it will be frustrating and it won't happen all at once. It will take time and adjustments for everyone to feel "fizzy and fuzzy inside". Dino unicorn bikes provide an affordable and well built option for all young children to enjoy! A modern magical unicorn design with pneutmatic tyres, steel rims and steel spokes. Light in weight and modern design. There are3 sizes of the bike available for the following age groups: 12inch 2-5 years 85-110cm, 14inch 3-6 years 100-120cm, 16 inch 4-7 years 105-135cm.

No one said looking after a pet is easy and Splodge is mischievous, cheeky, full of energy, fun, and a zest for adventure. This acquisition, in conjunction with the recent acquisition of Riliance, will establish the Access Digital Learning & Compliance Division and further enhances the portfolio of solutions available to all customers through Access Workspace. The addition of online training, compliance and risk management to the suite will extend connected and collaborative working to even more departments of a business, from sales, finance, HR, IT, manufacturing and logistics to, Access customers to do more of what’s important to them, all in one place.

Unicorn Training’s SkillsServe learning and performance platform has been ranked as the World’s top LMS for financial services for the second year running in the annual Top 50 LMSs Report 2016 it has been revealed.

Another much-needed but sometimes overlooked unicorn skill is business competency. This concept is certainly not new. Thomas John Watson Jr., the CEO of IBM in the 50s, believed that “Good design is good business.” Of course, the idea here is not to fully take over the PM’s job or to blindly execute the visions instructed by your business counterparts. Instead, the value here is to truly understand business intentions and be able to create alignment between the business and users.
