Do not use hard brushes, abrasive or aggressive solutions or solutions containing sodium carbonate for cleaning. Lightly oil the rim of the fondue pan with any cooking oil prior to first use to seal and protect raw edge. Using your fondue set While the fondue pot should be washed by hand, the rest is suitable for the dishwasher. So, clean up is made easy. Oh, and it’s worth noting that the burner runs off chafer gel fuel, which isn’t included.
