Baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate) is really abrasive and this allows it to really remove stains on teeth. The combination of baking soda and sodium chlorate (a bleaching agent) does wonders.

Great results and no burning sensation were compliments in another positive HiSmile review. I wasn't expecting to get Hollywood or influencer white teeth, but I was very happy with my Hismile before and after results. Well, first step, don’t buy Hi-Smile. I can’t recommend it because it didn’t work for me and the amazing results appear to be very misleading.
