She has included 100 tempting yet manageable recipes for breakfast bowls, superfood smoothies, meaty and meat-free mains and much more!If you want a diet guide bursting with digestive science, choose a low-FODMAP recipe book written by a dietitian. Unlike a nutritionist, a dietitian is qualified to treat medical conditions. If you are diagnosed with IBS, leaky gut, gastritis or similar, books by dietitians will be the most medically sound. This is one of the best books out there. Conclusion The Low-FODMAP Cookbook by Diane Fastenow Benjamin is a well-rounded collection of American home cooking recipes. Plenty of great photos too! I wrote a more extensive review of this book here. Not cool! That’s why I choose books written by experts—these authors are people who’ve been working with FODMAP cooking for a long time. (And yes, I included my own cookbook.) While this low-FODMAP cookbook has just 80 recipes, we actually consider this a benefit for anyone at the start of their gut-healing journey. The instructions are clear, and the photos get your mouth simply salivating!
