It feels fascinating to look so closely in your ear and to remove clumps of wax with Smartbud you would never previously be able to get to. The Smartbud tips are threaded and screw-on to the device. The tip that is already on the device may have become loose when in transit to you so please ensure the tip is securely attached to the device before use. Failure to do so may result in the tip becoming loose whilst in use. despatch and delivery was prompt. It took roughly two days for delivery through RoyalMail, but it was acceptable. I bought the Smartbud and felt a bit sceptical but have been pleasantly surprised. It works, just as the videos show … but it is quite addictive!

Thank you Smartbud. This device is amazing. I have been able to remove very impacted ear wax which was causing pain, tinnitus and deafness. A few days of oil to soften and was easily removed with Smartbud. Camera quality was phenomenal. 5 ⭐️ Love love love! Didn’t realise how bad my skin was!! Since buying the smart bud I use it all the time only bad thing is I’m slightly addicted 😂 but my skin has improved so much. I even bought my sisters and friend one each to try and they all love it too! Can’t recommended it enough you will not be disappointed! had an issue with the parcel, because I couldn't find it after has been delivered. The Smartbud support was touché, trying to assist me along the parcel searching. I eventually found it at my company, hidden by an employee, but not having bad intentions.This experience has completely put me off buying anything ever again from them which is a shame as my Smartbud is pretty much useless now without any tips.

This is much better for your ears than using cotton buds as you can pull out any ear wax as opposed to pushing it in further with the buds. This is easy to use, makes it so much easier being able to see everything. The battery life is very good, the app is super easy to use as well. Would highly recommend! Can’t explain how relieving it is to no longer have itchy ears… so much better than cotton buds! :)
