Batman: Arkham Underworld is a mobile game that positions you as Gotham’s newest criminal mastermind, allowing you to command Batman villains such as Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Scarecrow, Mr. Freeze, and Killer Croc. It’s essentially a free-to-play Gotham gang recruiter, in which you build a criminal hideout, recruit henchmen, and do battle. Kevin Conroy reprises his role as Batman following the mainline Arkham trilogy. Seriously, if you think about what the arrival of the Harbinger and the Endless means, your jaw should be hitting the floor. Obviously the older players are going to have an upper hand simply because they will have a better context on history and when certain events occurred. However, that still isn’t any guarantee that parents will beat teenagers. With kids rolling through history classes, their memories may be a lot more fresh than the elders. This is the game that finally reunited Claire Redfield with her brother Chris. For that matter, it’s also the game that finally showed us what Chris Redfield was up to following the events of the first title. It even establishes a professional dynamic between Chris, Claire, and Leon that would come into play later as the trio settled into their future careers. Every second matters in Timelie, a stealth puzzle adventure, where you control time like a media player. Perceive future events to plan your escape strategy from the past, sneak an enemy, and manipulate time through this companionship journey of a mysterious cat and a little girl with a precognitive power.The end mission of Halo: Reach takes place just a few moments before the original Halo: Combat Evolved, so it's not hard to tell where this falls on the Halo timeline. The game tells the tragic story of a team of Spartans attempting to defend the doomed planet Reach from an overhwleming force of Covenant invaders. The biggest tie-in to the rest of the franchise, though, has to be the appearance of Chris Redfield at the end of the game. Even though he looks different (which Capcom says is a result of new technology they use to scan actors), Redfield’s presence, the appearance of a Blue Umbrella helicopter, and hidden references to the BSAA all strongly suggest that Resident Evil 7 is at least honoring most of the major events that occurred until this point.
