If you are looking for a WiFi enabled dash cam, the Transcend DrivePro 200 is a good value. Video quality is good (but not the greatest) and build quality is good. Unfortunately the form factor is not as discreet as we would like and GPS is not included.

Not very handy since I tweaked some settings and its very hard to find a recording when all recordings are date stampt 00-00-2000 or something similair. Manual activation.The device does not automatically turn on despite being plugged in when the car starts. The DrivePro 200 is not equipped with a vehicle motion-detection sensor; therefore, manual activation is required every time by pressing the on button. This may cause issues for users unaccustomed to switching the camera on before a drive. For the money this is a good buy if you want WiFi. If WiFi is not important, consider a smaller, more discreet camera. Let’s jump straight into the flaws, which are predominantly due to the design of the product. Firstly it’s size (67mm x 72mm x 35mm). Not the biggest dash cam I’ve seen, but certainly not the most compact either. It’s smaller than most Sat Navs, so it’s not really an issue when it comes to obscuring your view, but it’s visibility when left in the car is more obvious. The camera comes with a G-sensor and 2.4″ screen but no GPS. Overall build quality is quite good as well. This is a medium sized camera at67mm × 72mm × 34.3mm but the squarish form factor is not the most discreet. Also there is a shiny silver ring around the lens which makes the camera more noticeable when installed. The Transcend DrivePro 200 has a ton of really impressive features and the video quality even at night is exceptionally clear and smooth. Definitely as good or possibly even better than dash cams costing twice as much. The DrivePro 200, when activated will continuously record footage and store them in seamless cuts at intervals of 1 minute or more. There is also a red button on the side to activate an emergency mode, which will then protect the footage in a separate folder. This feature is also automatically started if the dash cam detects an impact.
