I wouldn't be surprised. They had a similar approach with Wii and Wii U. Then again, this is post-Iwata Nintendo. They've done a lot of things that are atypical to their habits in the past. I wouldn't completely blame them either. Switch won't keep the momentum up for more than two years. People just lose interest and want something new. We need to stop slamming Switch as a mobile device here-this is clearly disrespectful of a hybrid gaming console. It has mobile tech because of the nature of the design but its not a mobile phone and you can't make calls with it. And it's using a old color scheme and not a OLED Mario just leaves one dumbfounded here. Also, I already own the physical three games. Only difference is the red Joy-Cons.
