About this deal

Despite my life still being high pressure (I was finishing my master's thesis), the symptoms that I assumed were byproducts of stress were suddenly gone. I read the original book a couple years ago when it first came out and decided to purchase the updated version to refresh my memory on a few things.

By adding this mineral to your diet, you are guarding against--and helping to alleviate--such threats as. I wanted to know why and this book just happened to be one of the selective readings I could choose from. If you read this book you will quickly realize that many symptoms that seem totally unrelated can have the same root cause: magnesium deficiency. Some are less tolerable than others, depending on each individual and their bodies ability to process or break it down.Over time, when your magnesium levels have been fully topped up, you can go down to a lower maintenance dose too. I am a Medical/Surgical nurse which basicly deals with every possible ailment out there, so my choice is endless.

It seems like everyone who gets on the health kick of a particular supplement seems to find cause that it is the cure for everything. I lack the energy I used to have and generally felt unwell and unable to recover to my pre-chemo state. Magnesium is necessary to properly metabolize calcium, and it keeps calcium in solution in the body, so it prevents calcifications, which are quite common.

Then, around this same point in time, just about the same time we found magnesium w/SRT, we also found out about Dr. I would say that it would appeal to a wide audience of professionals and lay persons alike as Dr Dean has presented information in a well balanced manner. Because of the constant litany of "take calcium, prevent osteoporosis" over the last few years, most people are getting way too much calcium in their diets and they are also supplementing – – and this has been quite detrimental to blood vessels and hearts and kidneys.

Even though some people share similar symptoms, some may be extreme depending on how magnesium deficient they are due to daily nutrition. My son suffered from stress which was rather debilitating for him, it included muscle twitching, tingeling in the legs and arms and heart racing amongst other things. I feel better then I ever have, I'm turning 40 and I feel 18 again my hormones are normalizing and my health is flourishing.

Another item of interest is the soil depletion of Mg with aggressive farm practices so it is more difficult to get the needed magnesium from your food supply. Very instructive, but probably too detailed for some and a bit repetitive in places, perhaps intentionally so. Vitamin D levels can and should be tested and making sure you have optimal amounts of the other minerals is also important. Even as far back as the 1930s, scientists had identified an increasing state of magnesium deficiency in Americans due to continual depletion of soils.

However, there is a little bit of science, and a smidgen of how-to, inside a whole bunch of anecdote. Carolyn Dean has extensive medical experience, she believes in following a more natural approach wherever this is viable.Dr Carolyn Dean formulated a range of highly absorbable minerals to help with replenishing this deficit - ReMag, ReMyte etc. Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). I did not realise just how many minor (and some major) ailments are due to magnesium levels being too low in your body. No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, no underlining or highlighting of text, and no writing in the margins. However, the simple fact of the matter, and the main point of this book is that there is an epidemic in our society because of magnesium deficiency.
