Here at House of Malt, we have a variety of types available, including honey, apple, and single barrel Jack Daniel's. The barrels used are made at Jack Daniel's own cooperage, and the aging takes place in the upper part of the Tennessee barrelhouse, where the seasonal temperature variations bring out the deep rye flavours.
