We bought the Worry Plaque for our daughter who has Aspergers and suffers with anxiety. It is hung on her wall beside her bed. I would highly recommend it for children with any form of stress or anxiety. She says she feels calmer when the fairies take her worries away. The plaque is made of plastic, but it’s designed to look like a piece of wood cut from a tree trunk, which I think works really well. Ethan didn’t understand the concept of worries but we haven’t reached a place in his development where we can talk about his worries.
